The Banksman Slinger Assessment is designed for individuals who have either successfully completed Banksman & Slinging Initial Training or have gained relevant hands-on experience in the field. This assessment does not include training—candidates who require additional instruction should reach out to discuss available training options.
During the assessment, experienced industry professionals will evaluate your knowledge of safe working practices, risk management, and practical rigging skills. The evaluation follows current industry standards, ensuring that successful candidates are fully capable of performing safely and effectively in real-world lifting operations. Those who pass will receive a Rigger certificate, valid for two years.
